Princess Polly: Bali Escape Giveaway 2026 Official Rules

Giveaway Timing: Princess Polly: Bali Escape 2026 Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins at 12:00 am AEST on 12th October, 2026 and ends at 11:59:00 pm AEST on 2nd November, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). The time shall be determined by Sponsor's or the applicable platforms' timekeeping systems. Sponsor shall have the sole discretion in determining the timeliness related to this Giveaway.
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 or older as of the date of entry and hold a current valid passport that is valid until 20th December, 2027. While the Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Princess Polly ("Sponsor") and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, prize suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Giveaway (collectively, the "Giveaway Entities"), including members of their immediate family or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
During the Giveaway Period, you may enter for free as follows:

On the Princess Polly x Luxury Escapes collaboration giveaway post: like the post, save the post, and/or leave a comment tagging the person you would take with you if you win.
Upon leaving a comment you will receive one (1) entry ("Entry") into the Giveaway. Bonus entries may be earned by ALSO (in addition to all of the above steps): (a) sharing the Giveaway post to your Instagram Stories; and/or (b) creating a video explaining why you should win and sharing it publicly. The more bonus entries you submit, the greater your chances of winning. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received regardless of cause.
In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been directly submitted by the authorised account holder of the applicable social networking account used to enter the Giveaway who left the “comment”. The authorised account holder is deemed to be the natural person assigned to the account by the relevant entity responsible for assigning those accounts. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
Winner(s) Selection / Odds of Winning: There will be 1 winner selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designee, on 2nd November, 2026 at 11:00 am AEST at the location listed as Sponsor’s address below, based on all eligible entries received, under the supervision of an independent person or in such a way as to ensure fair treatment of all entrants. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. You may only win one prize regardless of the number of entries.
Winner Notification: The potential winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram from Sponsor's official account on 3rd November, 2026. Potential winner(s) must respond to the notification message and provide all requested information within fifteen (15) days of the first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor or the potential prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. To claim any prize, Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility / Liability Release / Publicity Release form and other applicable documents before claiming the prize. All required documents must be completed and returned to Sponsor within five (5) days of the date listed on the documents. Potential winners may be required to produce valid photo identification and a current passport. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to timely claim the prize, is ineligible for any reason, is disqualified, or fails to timely execute and return any
required forms, Sponsor will select an alternate winner via random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries on 19th November, 2026 at 11:00 am AEST at the location listed as Sponsor’s address below. Potential winner(s) must respond to the notification message and provide all requested information within fifteen (15) days of the first contact or attempted contact from Sponsor or the potential prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The winner’s last name and first initial and post code will be published on Sponsor’s website on or before 3rd December 2026.
Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Values ("ARVs"):
One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) "Winner" as determined in accordance with these Official Rules, consisting of:

Luxury Bali Accommodation Package — AYANA Segara Bali (provided by Luxury Escapes)
5 nights for two (2) adults in a Resort View Room at AYANA Segara Bali, including:

Unlimited rounds at AYANA's 18-hole pitch and putt course;

Complimentary resort shuttle.
Subject to all terms and conditions and any required signed permissions or releases from Luxury Escapes. All booking terms of Luxury Escape are incorporated herein by reference. Subject to hotel availability and certain black out dates over holidays may apply.
ARV of accommodation package: approximately A$6,670.

Return Flights (provided by Princess Polly)
Two (2) return economy airfares for Winner and their Guest from the closest major Australian or New Zealand city to Bali (Ngurah Rai International Airport, DPS), to be provided in the form of a Visa gift card to the value of A$2,000. The Visa gift card will be provided to the verified Winner on or between 18th November, 2026 and 3rd December 2026. Winner is responsible for booking their own flights for travel within the period from November 20th 2026 through December 20th 2027 (the “Travel Period”), as applicable, using the Visa gift card. ARV of flights portion: A$2,000. Any additions, upgrades, or changes or extension of the flights are the responsibility of the Winner. Any amounts over A$2000 are the responsibility of the Winner. Any amounts under A$2000, the Winner may keep and does not need to return.

Princess Polly Summer Wardrobe
Two (2) x A$500 Princess Polly e-Gift Cards (total A$1,000) for use online at www.princesspolly.com.au only. Certain exclusions apply and products are subject to availability. Gift cards must be used within 12 months of award date and are not redeemable for cash. ARV: A$1,000.
Total ARV of Prize Package: approximately A$9,670 AUD.
Travel Dates: Winner and Guest must book the trip on or before 20th November, 2027 and must complete their travel no later than the last date of the Travel Period, i.e., 20th December, 2027. The trip dates cannot be changed or modified once confirmed. If the Winner is unable to travel during the stipulated Travel Period for any reason (including illness, medical emergency, death, weather, work obligations, pandemic, government decrees, or other unforeseen circumstances), they will forfeit the prize in full and an alternate winner will be selected.
Winner Expenses: Unless otherwise specified above, all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winner and Guest, including but not limited to: travel insurance, visas, transport to/from departure airport, meals and beverages not included in the package, incidentals, gratuities, room service, activities, excursions, and any other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required at hotel check-in for incidentals.
Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all elements of the prize. The prize does not include any travel or other insurance for Winner or Guest. Winner and Guest are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance at their own expense.
The Guest: The Guest of the Winner must be 18 years of age or older, hold a current valid passport, and will be required to execute an Affidavit and Release of Liability form. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the prize without a Guest, any remainder of the prize allocated to the Guest will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further compensation or cash equivalent.
Travel Documents: Winner and Guest are solely responsible for ensuring they hold all required travel documents, including valid passports, applicable visas, and any health certifications or vaccination documentation required by airlines or the Republic of Indonesia.
No Warranties on Prize: All elements of the Prize are provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. No substitution, exchange, transfer, or cash redemption of the Prize or any element thereof will be made or permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Behavior Code. Winner and Guest must conduct themselves appropriately and in accordance with all laws and terms and conditions of the Event services during all travel, cruise and related prize activities and redemption and the terms of these Official Rules.
Publicity & Marketing:
Winner and Guest will be asked for permission for Sponsor and Luxury Escapes to use their name, likeness, image, picture (whether still or moving), screen persona, statements, biographical data, and any other indicia of identity for purposes of advertising and trade in any medium, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law, in connection with the promotion of the Giveaway and Sponsor. Submission of personal information in connection with entry to this Giveaway constitutes permission for Sponsor to use such personal information for the purposes of administration of the Giveaway and for the purposes permitted by Sponsor's Privacy Policy, including marketing messages. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Sponsor's Privacy Policy or as provided within any such marketing materials. If any entrant does not want their information to be published or made available by Sponsor, they may write to legal@aka-brands.com no later than the end date of the entry period.
General Terms:
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited. Decisions of Sponsor on all matters are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Giveaway and to disqualify any entrant for any reason in its sole discretion, including if the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Giveaway Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual that tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, violates the Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Releases:
By entering this Giveaway, insofar as is permitted by law in the relevant jurisdiction, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, the Giveaway Entities (including but not limited to prize provider Luxury Escapes), and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of, or relating to, your participation in this Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activities (including, without limitation, travel and accommodation) and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize awarded hereunder. The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in connection with the Giveaway or prize. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL LIMIT OR EXCLUDE THE SPONSOR'S LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY ITS NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
No Ongoing Obligation / Assumption of Risk:
Sponsor's obligation to Winner is limited solely to the delivery of the stated Prize. Sponsor has no obligation, responsibility, or liability for any consequences, outcomes, or losses arising from Winner's subsequent use or disposition of the prize. Winner acknowledges and assumes all risk associated with the receipt and use of the prize.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the state or residence of the entrant in Australia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Official Rules affects the statutory rights of eligible consumers available in their country of residence. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram (collectively, the "Social Network"). By participating, you confirm you are 13 years of age or older, release the Social Network and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents from and against any and all injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Giveaway and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and agree to the Social Network's terms of use.
