It has come to our attention that some of our customers are being targeted by scammers impersonating Princess Polly team members via Instagram, email, phone and potentially other social media platforms.

We take the safety of our customers extremely seriously and want to ensure each and every one of you is being safe online and offline. Please be aware that we will only contact our customers via our official social media accounts. You can find the links to these via our main menu.

Any messages received in relation to Princess Polly and a collaboration or photoshoot via another social media profile is FRAUDULENT and should be reported immediately.

Similarly, if we need to get in touch with you via email, our team will only contact customers via an official Princess Polly email ending in @princesspolly.com or @princesspolly.com.au.

If you have recently been contacted in any capacity by anyone who claims they are part of Princess Polly and the message has not been sent from an official Princess Polly social media account, phone number or email address, please follow the steps below:


  1. DO NOT respond
  2. Report the profile through the social media platform
  3. Forward any fraudulent correspondence to the relevant Princess Polly Customer Experience team so it can be reported to the authorities
