We have extended our returns timeframe for the Christmas period. Any purchase made between now and the end of December can be exchanged up until the 31st of January.
We offer free return shipping for exchanged items. You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. If you wish to return an item you must complete the form on the back of your order invoice.
The items must:
- be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
- not smell of ladies perfume/deoderant so please take due care when trying on your order.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Princess Polly staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
Store Credit
Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer.
Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.
Please note – free return delivery is not available for our sale items, or for multiple returns (exchanges after the first return).
Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. Store Credits can only be used online and not instore.

Faulty Items
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.
You can email eshop@princesspolly.com.au if you believe your garment has a fault.
